Park Manor North is a new, first year dormitory that includes 107 double occupancy bedrooms, two classrooms, an amphitheater, a workshop, a full residents director’s apartment and several communal areas including a full kitchen.  This project required intensive coordination efforts between all sub-contractors due to design and weather challenges. We also worked extremely closely with the Cutler team to help them make sure everything was being completed on time so that the students could move in for the 2014 school year.

The Dartmouth College Class of 1978 Life Sciences Center is a 190,000 square foot, state of the art science center with classrooms, labs, an auditorium and a greenhouse on the roof.  The building is LEED Platinum Certified.  We installed all of the lighting, power, telecommunications, data, security, access control and fire alarm systems.  This included a cutting-edge lighting control system for the entire building.

The project at Wellesley College was a 16,900 square foot renovation that took place in the summer of 2014.  This fast track renovation of all office space, classrooms and auditoriums in the building was completed in the students 4 month summer break.   On top of the short time frame, the field team tacked many other challenges, such as, limited electrical closet space and changes in the original plan due to the existing conditions of the building.  The Green Building was unique because all of the electricity is fed through a utility tunnel that comes from the neighboring building.  Our team also refurbished existing, antique corridor lighting and outside lanterns to keep the character of the building alive.
